With over 15 years' experience in automotive and motorsport, I have advanced the electrification of vehicles and now focus on how that technology integrates into the wider energy ecosystem - from vehicle-to-grid (V2G) innovation, software and advanced control algorithms, to home energy optimisation.

My journey has been shaped by a simple motivation: to use engineering as a tool for positive impact.
